For 8th October message: HAPPY ADVANCE 18TH BIRTHDAY TO AZREEN! It's been 2 years since we've met again after years of MIA. Glad there's technology, which brought us back together. Anyways, just hope you'll have a great birthday and be happy always, dear cousin. :D

Triage area in ED with Jullies.

5th October.

First day in OT. After orientation around the area, went to my assigned station, reception 2 counter. Did the pre-operative checklist for the patient. Nothing much la.

The real fun comes after work shift, where i found out that my shoes are gone. So i had to wear the OT crocs home which we're not supposed to use outside the OT. No choice. Met up with siblings and wan at Novena. Did some window-shopping and we ate dinner at Old Chang Kee's Take 5. Yum! After that, we decided to go City Hall to find shoes for myself.

6th October.

In PACU, we just have to monitor patient's vital signs and to observe any post-operative complications.

7th October.

In AU, helped around the anesthetist and observe the surgery. Had a slight headache maybe due to the strong and bright light of the operation theatre or from the strong smell of burning tissues or maybe just from the whole surgery itself. Huhu! :(

Overall, i think ED is better. OT is just not for me. It's too mechanical, with all the drillings and screws.
